Mission

At Gownsational we believe that every teen deserves to feel fabulous at prom and homecoming. We gather like new gowns from the community and throw a one-day event for teens to shop for a gorgeous gown, all completely free!

Vision

Our vision is that NO teen in NWA or surrounding areas

miss the opportunity to go to prom or homecoming due to lack of a funding to purchase a gown.  We rely on community members to donate the gown sitting unused in their closets.

Values

We are a zero-finances non-profit. From racks, to gowns to location, everything we do is based on in-kind donations from community members. If you would like to donate financially, our founder Queenie Be asks that you send donations to area non-profit Hub of Hope

CRITERIA FOR GOWN DONATION

  • Only FORMAL gowns are accepted

  • Must be CLEAN, LIKE NEW condition

  • Less than 5 years old

  • Size 0-28

  • These gowns are for TEENS, so appropriate styling for 14-18 years old
